1. About Us

Bake Against The Grain is a small-batch, home-based bakery in Elmira, New York. We make 100% gluten-free handmade baked goods and ship within New York State.

2. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm your information is accurate and you are authorized to use the payment method submitted. Orders are accepted subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. Prices are in U.S. dollars and subject to change. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within New York State only. Orders are fulfilled within 3–5 business days. We ship Monday through Wednesday to protect perishable items. Estimated timelines are not guaranteed. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

4. Product Nature

All products are handmade in small batches — variations in appearance are normal. Products are perishable and 100% gluten-free. While all products are gluten-free, some may contain dairy, eggs, soy, tree nuts, or peanuts. Review product pages carefully and contact us before ordering if you have severe additional allergies.

5. Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos. See our Refund Policy for full details.

6. Intellectual Property

All site content is owned by Bake Against The Grain and protected by applicable copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bake Against The Grain shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New York State. Disputes shall be resolved in Chemung County, New York.
