Our Promise to You
Every treat that leaves our kitchen is made with care and packed with intention. We mean that. So while our standard policy is that all sales are final — because our products are handmade, perishable, and made fresh for you specifically — we genuinely stand behind our work.
If something isn't right, we want to know about it.
All Sales Are Final
Because our treats are freshly made, perishable, and prepared in small batches for each order, we are unable to accept returns or process refunds for orders where the products were received as described.
If Something Goes Wrong
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or significantly not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the item(s). Reach us at our contact page or DM us on Facebook Messenger.
Once we've heard from you and reviewed the situation, we'll make it right — replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
What We're Not Able to Cover
- Changes of mind after an order has been fulfilled
- Issues from improper storage after delivery
- Orders delayed due to carrier issues outside our control
- Damage during transit for correctly packaged orders
