Where We Ship

We currently ship within New York State only. This lets us maintain the freshness and quality our treats deserve. If you're outside New York State and would like to know when that changes, join our treat list.

Local Delivery & Pickup

We offer local delivery in the Elmira area and the Southern Tier of New York. Local pickup may also be available — reach out through our contact page to confirm availability and arrange a time.

Order Lead Time

Because everything is made fresh in small batches, we ask for a lead time of 3–5 business days before your order ships or is ready for pickup. Custom or larger orders may require additional lead time.

Shipping Schedule

To protect freshness, we ship Monday through Wednesday only. Orders placed later in the week will ship the following Monday (or next available shipping day, excluding holidays). We’ll notify you when your order ships.

Packaging

Every order is carefully packed for perishable baked goods to arrive in excellent condition.

A Note on Perishability

Our treats are handmade and perishable. We recommend being available to receive your package on the expected delivery date, refrigerating temperature-sensitive items promptly, and enjoying treats within the freshness window noted on your order. If your order arrives damaged, see our Refund Policy and contact us within 48 hours with photos.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location within New York State.
